The S.U.E. Group is an abbreviation of the terms
S - Sue, U - Unfair, E - Employers/Enterprises.
S.U.E. Group had been set up to help employees that have been used unfairly and often employed illegally by Spanish Employers. Many foreign people arrive in Spain to make a better life for themselves and are often not knowledgable and informed of the laws of the country, leaving themselves vulnerable and able to be exploited by unscrupulous employers.
We are here to support, advise, and guide such individuals and redress situations to a fair and reasonable resolution.
The 2 links to the left are the UGT and the COOO both national organisations to assist workers get justice. Please use them with a translator or friend whom can speak spanish.
The UGT I have used and it was very useful and won me 5000 euros against money against my former employer, and the court costs were paid by my former employer.
